asked the Minister for the Environment the number of planning appeal decisions made in the month 17 February to 17 March 1983; the number of planning appeal decisions made in the month 17 February to 17 March 1984; and the applicants and locations to which these decisions apply in the case of 17 February to 17 March 1984.
I propose to take Questions No. 459 and 460 together. Returns of planning decisions made by An Bord Pleanála are based on the calendar month and are not available in respect of the periods referred to in the questions. The latest figures available relate to the month of February 1984 during which 213 cases were formally decided by the board. The corresponding figure for February 1983 was 158. Details of the applicants and locations to which appeal decisions relate are not available in my Department.
