A new house grant of £1,000 was paid recently in this case. The first instalment of the mortgage subsidy amounting to £750 will be paid when the applicant submits the relevant claim form duly certified by his lending agency.

There is no record in my Department of the receipt of an application for a mortgage subsidy from the person named. An application form for the subsidy has now been forwarded in this case.
