I assume the Deputy is referring to a project for the building of a graveyard wall on Arranmore Island, County Donegal, under the Community Youth Training Programme approved by AnCO in April 1979.
Since the approval date, AnCO have contacted the project sponsors regularly to establish a commencement date for the project. The sponsors, however, have not yet indicated a starting date. AnCO are willing to start the project as soon as the sponsors are ready to go ahead. I am not sure whether the lack of reply has been caused by the fact that the project is in a graveyard on Arranmore Island.
