asked the Minister for Education if she is aware that secondary schools in Dublin's inner city area (details supplied) are now charging new entrance fees which are making it all the more difficult for parents from disadvantaged areas to send their children to secondary schools; if she regards this as a breach of the spirit of free education; and the action, if any, she can take to deal with this matter as it is iniquitious for disadvantaged children.
