According to the information contained on a redundancy certificate (form R.P.2) received in my Department on 12 April 1984 the person concerned was paid a redundancy lump sum by his employer on 30 March 1984. On the basis of the information contained on the redundancy certificate concerning wages and length of service, he was paid his full statutory entitlement of £1,170.
