The person named submitted an application for a new house grant on 4 February 1983 without some necessary documents. These were subsequently received in May 1983 and the file was then referred to my Department's inspector. Following an inspection of the house, approval to the grant was issued in August 1983. The house was again inspected in November 1983 at which time some works still remained to be completed. A final inspection was carried out recently and the grant will be paid as soon as possible.
