Limerick East): While it would no doubt be beneficial to have the law of theft reviewed, this would be a substantial undertaking and there is a question of priorities as between it and the review of the other aspects of the law, criminal and civil. Any proposals I may at a later stage have and of which the Government approve in relation to the law of theft will be announced in the normal way.
