My Department have no record of an application from the authorities of this school for the appointment of a remedial teacher. Should the school authorities make such an application I will arrange that the matter be investigated. I might add that my Department have already received a large number of applications for remedial teaching posts. The number of such applications in any year exceeds the quota of posts available.
