The information requested by the Deputy in respect of the years 1973 to 1983 is set out in four tables which I propose to have circulated in the Official Report.
As regards 1984 it is premature to estimate the benefits. The estimated contribution to the EEC budget in 1984, as published in the White Paper on receipts and expenditure, is IR£215 million.
