Limerick East): The matter in question concerns an allegation of inadequate Garda attention to a case where damage was caused to a parked car, apparently by another vehicle which did not remain at the scene. The matter has been the subject of a written complaint by the car owner. The complaint is being investigated by the Garda authorities and will be replied to as soon as possible. I shall arrange for a copy of the reply to be sent to the Deputy.
