Payments have been made in the past to the person concerned under the scheme for partial repayment of the excise duty paid on fuel oils used in horticultural production. However, I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the last such payment was made to the person in question in October 1983 and that there is no record of any outstanding repayment claim by him.
