I move:
That a sum not exceeding £3,429,000 be granted to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of December 1984, for the salaries and expenses of the Office of the Attorney General.

I suppose that it would be in order for me to talk about the functions of the Attorney General under the aegis of the Minister for Finance, but it would not be in order for me to talk on economic planning and development. However, I shall resist the temptation.
