asked the Minister for Education the reason a part-time teacher (details supplied) in Dublin 7 has not been paid since 18 April 1984; when she will receive her salary for the month of April; and the reason there has apparently been long delays in forwarding her salary during the last year.

The grant in aid of the relevant salary due to the teacher in question for her part-time teaching services, has been paid. The grant is paid on a monthly basis in arrears. I do not accept that there have been unduly long delays in making payments to the teacher in question during the past year.
