I have taken all the possible steps open to me under the provisions of the Unfair Dismissals Act, 1977, to secure payment of the compensation awarded to the person concerned. The latest position is that the Chief State Solicitor has obtained an execution order against the former employer for the compensation and that the execution order has been lodged with the county sheriff for execution.
