The central heating system installed by the manager of Ballinagare national school, County Roscommon, is seriously substandard and he has been advised that it will not be possible to pay the grant until certain improvement works are carried out. A schedule of the required works will be prepared at an early date which will then be given to the manager to enable him to have the works carried out.
