It is proposed to take Nos. 10 and 11 and in No. 11 Votes 48, 35 and 36. By agreement, the proceedings on the Committee Stage of the Criminal Justice Bill, if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion at 10 a.m. by one question which shall be put from the Chair and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only amendments set down by the Minister for Justice. On the conclusion of proceedings on Committee Stage of the Criminal Justice Bill the sitting shall be suspended until 10.30 a.m. Also by agreement, the debate on Vote 48, if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion not later than 1 p.m., the Minister shall be called on to conclude not later than 12.45 p.m. The debate on Votes 35 and 36, if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion not later than 5 p.m., the Minister for Fisheries and Forestry shall be called on to conclude not later than 4.45 p.m. Also by agreement, if a division is challenged on any Estimate today or next week, the taking of such division shall be postponed until next Friday at 6 p.m. At the conclusion of business today, the Dáil shall adjourn until 12.30 p.m. on Tuesday, 26 June 1984.
