I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that this case concerns two motor vehicles which were seized by customs and excise officers on the grounds that they were irregularly in the State.
Detailed investigations are being carried out in connection with the seizures and the Revenue Commissioners will write to the persons in question conveying their decision in the case when these investigations have been completed.
