The EEC regulations in regard to the milk super-levy provide that special reference quantities may be allocated to certain categories of producers, which include farmers who have adopted milk production development plans. Discussions have taken place between my Department and the farming and co-operative organisations in regard to the precise arrangements to apply to such farmers.
