, Limerick East): I am informed by the Garda authorities that there are women members of the force assigned to 55 of the 658 Garda stations and sub-stations located outside the Dublin metropolitan area.
There are at least four ban Ghardaí assigned to every Garda division outside the Dublin metropolitan area whose services are available for any special duty within the division.
