That the Bankruptcy Bill, 1982, be referred to the Joint Committee on Legislation pursuant to paragraph (1) (e) of that Committee's Orders of Reference.
Last week the House decided that this Bill should be referred to the Joint Committee on Legislation and passed a resolution to that effect. Yesterday the Seanad agreed that the Bill was an appropriate one to refer to the committee and concurred with the resolution of the Dáil. I am now asking the House to make an order referring the Bill to the Joint Committee on Legislation.
