, Limerick East): It would not be appropriate to provide the information sought by the Deputy by way of reply to a Dáil question. The legal position is that the information may be obtained by inspecting the records in the Land Registry — either at the Central Registry, Chancery Street, Dublin 7, or the Circuit Court Office, Tipperary — on payment of the prescribed fee which in this case is 30p.
Applications may also be made by post to the Land Registry. However, such applications usually involve requisitions for certified copy folios, the fee for which is £3 each.
