The person named was informed in May 1983 that a grant could not be allowed in respect of the house being built because the floor area, measured from the plans submitted, was in excess of the maximum allowable, 125 sq. metres (1,346 sq. ft.).
He was also informed that a final decision would be made following a measurement of the completed house. An inspection to carry out this measurement will be arranged when the applicant informs my Department that his house is complete.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will expedite payment of the balance of the grant allocated to a group water scheme (details supplied) in County Roscommon.
The total amount of grants due for this completed scheme is being determined with a view to paying any further grants due to the group at an early date.
