I am informed that the Industrial Development Authority is actively promoting Blarney and surrounding areas for suitable industrial and craft projects.
The IDA has provided 10 × 3,000 sq. ft. small industry units at Hollyhill which is close to Blarney. One of these units is occupied, five are reserved for small industrial projects and the remaining four are being vigorously promoted. The IDA has a further 11.5 acres of land available for development at Hollyhill.
