My Department are at present in correspondence with the Western Health Board in regard to the tendering procedures for this project. However, even if the matter at issue is resolved approval to proceed further must await determination of the health capital programme for 1985 which is at present in the course of preparation. This project will be considered as sympathetically as possible having regard to the many competing demands for the capital resources available to my Department.
