I propose to take Questions Nos. 381, 382, 383 and 411 together.

The arrangements for dividing the national guaranteed quantity among the various purchasers of milk on the basis of the structure of their milk supply in 1983 and for dealing with the transfer of suppliers between purchasers were announced some months ago. The arrangements to be made for producers with special difficulties were subject to discussions with the EC Commission and more recently with the farming and agricultural organisations. Following these discussions, I am now completing my examination of this issue and will be making an announcement very shortly.
