My Department are not satisfied that the person named owns the farm concerned or the livestock and are refusing, therefore, to transfer the herd number to her from her father.
Since it is a requirement of the disadvantaged areas sheep headage and EC ewe premium scheme that an applicant must be a registered herdowner or flockowner no grants can be paid to her under either scheme.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when the balance of a farm modernisation scheme grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry as it is long overdue under the terms of his Department's circular No. 16-84 dated 17 February 1984.
