asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received a letter signed by the President of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland, the Managing Director of the Institution of the Engineers of Ireland, the President of the Association of the Consulting Engineers of Ireland and the Chairman of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in the Republic of Ireland, regarding the Building Control Bill of 1984; and, if so, the action he now proposes to take in regard to the Bill.
