asked the Minister for Agriculture the names and size of estates held by the Irish Land Commission in County Wexford; and if he will make a statement on the proposals for the disposal of these estates.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 342 and 343 together.
Details of the estates in County Wexford held by the Land Commission are set out in a tabular statement which I propose to circulate in the Official Report. The estates marked with an asterisk are in course of division. The remainder will be disposed of as quickly as possible but the programme may be affected by the staff releases that will have to be made in connection with the new farm tax announced in the national plan.
