The board of Fóir Teoranta act with autonomy in relation to the matters for which they are responsible. Accordingly, it would not be appropriate for me to make a statement on this matter. However, I understand from Fóir Teoranta that, following a request from Verolme, a receiver was appointed by Fóir Teoranta on 3 December 1984.
