The filling of vacancies at Monaghan Hospital is in the first instance a matter for the North Eastern Health Board.
I would refer the Deputy to the Chief Executive Officer of the baord if he wished to know the position on any particular vacant post at the hospital.

I have only just now received the written judgments of the Supreme Court. I am studying them at present with a view to determining the course of action which I must pursue. I am not therefore at this time in a position to make a definitive statement on the matter.
