asked the Minister for Education if she will arrange to meet a local residents' association (details supplied) from Rathcoole, County Dublin, as this residents' association has been in touch with her Department seeking a meeting to discuss the proposed all-Irish school.

I received a request for a meeting from this association on 30 March 1984 but because of a heavy schedule I was not in a position to meet them. However, I arranged for senior officials of my Department to meet them and that meeting took place on 27 November 1984. The views expressed by the association then were examined and considered by my Department and I, therefore, do not see any benefit in arranging a further meeting now.
