A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house is satisfactorily completed and occupied and that all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with. My Department's inspector has been asked to carry out the inspection as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a final house inspection will be carried out, with a view to payment of a house improvement grant to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal.
