, Dún Laoghaire): There is agreement between the Whips on the following Financial Resolutions: Resolutions Nos. 1 and 2 will be taken without debate; Resolutions Nos. 3 and 6 will be taken together for the purposes of the debate and will be voted on separately; Resolutions Nos. 4 and 5 will be taken without debate and Resolutions Nos. 7 and 8 will be debated separately and voted on separately.

In order to give adequate time for debate on the important aspects of the budget we have arranged an agreement about time as follows: divisions will take place on Resolutions Nos. 3 and 6 not later than 8.15 p.m.; a division on Resolution No. 7 will commence at 11.15 p.m.; and a division on Resolution No. 8 will commence at 12 midnight.
