Vol. 355 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Dublin Business.

4.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he is aware that a business (details supplied) in County Dublin may well be closed because of the presence of a number of clay mounds placed there by Dublin County Council; and the action, if any, it is intended to take to have them removed urgently.

I understand that earth mounds have been provided by Dublin County Council in the area in question to deflect the noise of traffic using the Cabinteely by-pass away from houses to satisfy local residents and to improve the aesthetics of the scheme.
