Limerick East): Responsibility for providing and maintaining Monaghan courthouse is vested by law in Monaghan County Council. I understand, however, that the county council are currently examining tenders for the restoration of this courthouse and that they expect to place a contract for the project in the near future. It is not possible to say at this time when work on the project will commence.
