To date, the Department have made grant commitments totalling £3.796 million for the road, including a commitment of £1.5 million made last month. So far, the Department have paid £2.257 million and a further payment of £39,000 will be made within a few days. These payments correspond generally with the expenditure on the road which has been certified by Meath County Council.
