, Limerick East): In a reply which I gave to two parliamentary questions on 8 November last I indicated that I expected that legislation to give effect to the recent decision of the Government in relation to malicious damage to property would be introduced in the then current session. Progress since has been slower than expected but I am confident that I will be in a position to introduce that legislation shortly.
