The specified export traffic in question is meat to Iran.
Is this likely to be a continuing facility for Bulgarian Hauliers?
I am not in a position to answer that but if it should be the case I assure the Deputy I will be more than anxious to facilitate the export of meat to Iran or to anywhere else.
Would the Minister agree that there are many hauliers in Ireland who would be glad to become involved in that trade and will he ensure that no obstacles are put in the way of those hauliers?
Of course I can give that assurance. Every help would be given to Irish hauliers if they could become involved in that trade.
