The balance of grant due relates to expenditure in respect of materials and craftwork. The conditions of the scheme provide that materials and craftwork grants can be paid only on submission of appropriate receipts of expenditure and of an audited account within two months of completion of the project. The club was reminded of these conditions in November 1984 but has failed to comply with them. Payment of the balance of grant due, £3,420, must be withheld until these conditions are complied with.
