I am informed that the Industrial Development Authority are actively promoting the 26,600 sq. ft. privately financed factory in Killarney for suitable industrial projects. It is not possible to say when this factory will be occupied. SDS SCHOTE GmbH, a German company who are currently undertaking modifications to the other advance factory in Killarney, are expected to start the manufacture of trigger sprays and non-aerosol pumps in mid-summer and to employ over 60 people within their first two years of production.
