I have already replied to similar questions from the Deputy on a weekly basis since 23 April 1985. Within the last week five applications have been approved under the enterprise allowance scheme. Three of the applicants are married and will receive £50 per week and the remaining two who are single and will receive £30 per week.

asked the Minister for Labour whether he has received an application for a capital grant from a group (details supplied) in County Galway; whether a decision has been made on the application; and, if not, when he expects to be in a position to make a decision.
My Department have not received an application for capital grant assistance from this group.
