asked the Minister for the Environment if any decision has been taken on a preliminary report submitted by Donegal County Council in relation to the Bridgend sewerage scheme and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The preliminary report for the Bridgend sewerage scheme is under technical examination in my Department. I cannot say at this stage when I will be in a position to convey a decision on the scheme to the local authority.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a decision will be made in the application made by Galway County Council for a financial allocation for the Tully village sewerage scheme, Renvyle, Connemara, County Galway which is included in the 1985 small schemes programme submitted by Galway County Council.

Stage 1 of the Tully village sewerage scheme is included in Galway County Council's small schemes programme for 1985. I have made a capital allocation of £171,500 to the county council towards this programme and it is now a matter for the county council to determine the individual schemes to be carried out within this allocation.
