The property sought by the corporation at 29 Marlborough Street is part-occupied by State services and cannot be transferred until alternative accommodation is provided. The rehousing of these services within the Department of Education complex is being investigated. If this is feasible an offer will be made to Dublin Corporation in relation to No. 29 Marlborough Street.
