The question of the provision of a regional technical college in Wexford was the subject of Question No. 474 of 21 February 1985 in reply to which I stated that it is not possible for me to give any commitment to the provision of such a college in Wexford in the context of the priorities for the duration of the national plan "Building on Reality 1984-87”. There continues to be a growing demand on places in the Regional Technical Colleges and in this context my Department conducts a continuing assessment of the accommodation situation in these Colleges.
