The position in relation to the proposed extension to Longwood vocational school is that my Department has approved the preparation of detailed design proposals for the project. Submission of these proposals by the County Meath vocational education committee is awaited. There have been no avoidable delays on my Department's part in dealing with submissions in this case and the Deputy may be assured that the detailed design proposals will be dealt with expeditiously when received.
