While contract documents for part of phase 1 of the Achill Island Regional Water Supply Schme (Stage 4B) have been submitted to my Department by Mayo County Council, I am not in a position to make a decision on them as the council have yet to certify that other essential preliminaries in respect of this section of the scheme have been completed. The submission of contract documents for the remainder of phase 1 is awaited in my Department.
As it is now 3.30 p.m. in accordance with an order of the House I must now move to priority questions.
