The chairman of the board is Lieutenant-General Carl O'Sullivan and the two ordinary members are Dr. Ursula O'Neill and Lieutenant-Colonel Michael S. Walsh. The fees payable to the chairman and the civilian member are £12,142 and £10,458 per annum respectively. The other member does not receive any fee. The members are not appointed for any specified time.
