A grant of £600 for the provision of a bedroom has been approved in this case and on receipt of notification of completion of works a final inspection will be arranged with a view to payment of the grant.

A new house grant will be paid in this case when an inspection established that the house is complete and occupied and complies with all the conditions of the scheme. My Department's inspector was unable to gain admittance when he called to inspect the house last month. A further inspection will be arranged as soon as possible.

The file in this case is with my Department's inspector for final inspection by appointment and this will be carried out as soon as possible. The grant will be paid if the inspection establishes that the house is satisfactorily completed and occupied and that all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been fulfilled.

A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house is completed and occupied and that all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been fulfilled. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible. Payment of the subsidy cannot commence until the grant has been paid and the applicant submits his claim form completed and certified by the relevant lending agency.
