It is the responsibility of Sligo harbour commissioners, in common with all other harbour authorities, to draw up plans for the use of their harbour and to take steps to increase such use. The various harbour authorities, including Sligo harbour commissioners, are aware that I will support all reasonable efforts in that regard.
