I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that, on the basis of the information supplied, they are unable to trace the taxpayer in their records. If the taxpayer's correct revenue and social insurance (RSI) number is supplied to her inspector, together with any additional information which may be required, the matter will be examined.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a claim for repayment of tax on grounds of unemployment was submitted by the taxpayer to the inspector on 21 October 1985. A cheque in settlement of the refund due was issued to the taxpayer on 19 November 1985, and no further claim has since been lodged with the inspector.
